To be attached or to remain single.
If this happen to be your dilemma right now, here’s something for you to read and think about.
To be frank with you, I’d rather be single for now, at my current age. Not because of bad experiences or anything. It’s just cos I’m still young. {yes, I am still considered young}
This is the only time for me to learn well, explore, make as many mistakes as possible and learn from them. If you’re in the kind of relationship whereby your partner is understanding, have got similar wavelength as you, then congrats, by all means, go on, carry on with the relationship. But if yours is the total opposite, {yea sure they may be understanding and such, but there’re just somethings that you have the desire to do, be it for the longest time, or a spontaneous one, you just know you’ve gotta do it, but they don’t seem to understand the need for you to do it} then you’d probably understand wad I’m trying to say.
You’ve got restrictions. If your parents allow you to do it, you’d prolly be stuck at not being able to do it cos your partner doesn’t allow you to. Like going on a holiday with your friends. They’d prolly just wanna tag along, but it’s your only free time, in another country, like hellooooooo??
Then again, being in a relationship isn’t so bad cos you’ll get experiences that only your lover, and only them, can give. And most of them can be oh-so-good!! Even if it means a heated argument. Cos after that, the making up session would be fresh, new, until the next fight comes along.
If you were to ask me, if you’re within the age of the teens till your about 21, 22, it’s alright if you’re still single. And it really doesn’t matter that no one has asked you out, because hey, take it as a sign that the people up there wants you to experience the best of life and what it have to give for now. After that, start looking for one!! Cos it’s time to settle down. You’ve got other experiences that life have to offer, and it’s waiting for you. You don’t wanna die a virgin. I know I’m not gonna leave this world like that. It’s 1 experience less that you’ve gained.
